More often than not lack of knowledge into these issues causes many to slip into depression, confusion, guilt and shame. | I actually chose to stop reading this book because it caused my mind to go places I was trying to KEEP it from going. I only got about half-way through when it happened too many times for me to be comfortable with. I shared this with a couple friends who read it and they felt the same way. The author, although with good intentions, gets too graphic in places. Rather than just sharing his feelings or thoughts, he goes into detail about what he was seeing that caused the thoughts and feelings. Excellent book on tape. Easy to listen to, and addresses the issues of distraction that every man faces on a daily basis.
But what makes this book helpful is that it not only addresses these issues, but provides helpful tools and skill set to overcome the distractions we face.
