Item description for Italic Handwriting Series Book E (Italic Handwriting #5) by Barbara Getty & Inga Dubay...
Overview This is the fifth workbook of a seven-part series. Reviews basic italic and covers the total cursive program. Writing practice covers natural history--plants, volcanoes, cities. Explores history of the alphabet. Illustrated. Italic is a modern handwriting system based on enduring letterforms that are highly suited to rapid and legible writing. Italic conforms to natural, rhythmic hand movements. Italic builds on previously learned concepts and the letter shapes remain the same from basic to cursive, eliminating the abrupt leap from "ball and stick" to looped cursive. Self-assessment is an integral part of the program.

Reviews - What do customers think about Italic Handwriting Series Book E?
 | Writing without tears! REALLY! May 10, 2007 |
| MY homeschooled DS10 HATED handwriting. He couldn't write legibly, and couldn't get his thoughts down as fast as he wanted. We were both horribly frustrated. Finally, I got a recommendation for these workbooks, and all I can say is WOW. Even their beginner books are not 'baby-ish' in any way. My son was quite comfortable using these books, and the improvement in his handwriting is remarkable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! | | | Write your own review about Italic Handwriting Series Book E
