He shows how we can transform the view of woman as an object for selfish gratification to a deep and lasting view of woman as a glorious creation of God.

Christopher West is an amazing writer and speaker on the subject of Pope John Paul II "Theology of the Body". With honesty, frankness and through true confessions of his life Christopher relays information about the spirituality of Christian men in today's society. | The content was authentic: very honest with opinions but not imposing. Helpful in gaining insight to why we have these basic instincts and how to live with them in a freeing and controlled way. Definitely for an adult audience. Though it is aimed at men, as a woman listening in I found it helpful to understand men better and to me more compassionate toward them.
