Highly recommended. "Da' T.R.U.T.H. is an extremely intelligent young man. In the age of "hip-hop," Da' T.R.U.T.H. has the ability to speak to our young people while still maintaining a standard. It's Rap, but, he does not look like the typical "rap artist." His pants are not sagging, nor does he look like a "thug." I was extremely impressed. His music didn't glorify him, but, every song glorified Christ and directed you to the Father.

This CD is awesome!!! I just bought this CD as this Powerful man of God Ministered at my church this past weekend. and i love the fact that he will sit and talk about the things of God with anyone..Get this CD it will bless you greatly!

I had no idea Christian rap could be so powerful. I purchased this as a gift for my son who is developing an ear for more hip hop; however, Iam trying to offer alternatives to the derogatory, insulting contemporary rap songs. I never anticipated this to be so rewarding, powerful, and replete with such an anointing. Thnak you Da' Truth for providing this for my Christian sons, daughter, husband, and me!

I've been listening to Christian rap ever since Dynamic Twins days back in the early 90's. I love what this rapper is all about and his lyrics are exactly what the kids these days need to hear. He's one of the only Christian rappers out there that is not trying to be like those secular rappers who talk about how good they rap and what they possess. His focus is totally on Jesus and not himself. I like that. So refreshing after hearing T-Bone's last album. Notwithstanding, I think the music itself could use a little work. I believe that this rapper's heart was to come out with a message that the kids need as opposed to what they want, but if the song doesn't have a catchy beat, they will never get around to listening to the words. I've only listened to this CD 2 times and I realize my review stands in the minority. Maybe I'll like it better after listening to it a few more times. Maybe I'm just out of touch. Maybe it's not intended for someone my age. After all, I am almost 40. I guess the real test is how the kids themselves like it and not someone like me. So, I'm going to play it for the kids in my youth ministry and see how they react. Stay tuned. ************************************************************************** Ok, here's my update. Upon further review, the verdict still stands. After listening to this CD for about 2 months, I still think the lyrics are better than average but the music can use a little work. The CD got mixed reviews from the teenagers I introduced it to. For the most part they told me it was so so.
