In this book, we meet two Christian film makers who want to make an inspiring film in the genre of the Kendrick Brothers movies. But it seems like everything that can go wrong, does go wrong, severely testing their faith. (If I were giving them advice, I'd say they should have hired true Christian actors for the leading roles.)
Karen Kingsbury also brings back some favorite characters from the Baxter series in a secondary plot line. Is Bailey going to end up with Tim or Cody? She loves them both, and they both love her, so she's in a bit of a predicament. Also, Cody, and Bailey's roommate, Andi, seem to be starting a relationship.
