| Our church study group picked this book and have really enjoyed it so far. The book is not a study book so to speak. It's designed more to make you think and feel about what your reading. I've found myself asking myself some deeply spiritual questions, and I've found myself inspired to write lines of poetry. | I had seen Max Lucado on Larry King, so I picked up this book. It was disappointing. Yes, it changed my thinking. But only for a few minutes. There was nothing in the book that really "stuck to my ribs" spiritually. The book did not encourage me to dig in the Word or to make changes in my life.
