Overview
Physical Science Student Lab Manual (4th ed.) is the primary resource for providing a hands-on, interactive laboratory experience. There is at least one laboratory activity or formal teacher demonstration provided for every chapter in the textbook. The lab manual covers laboratory safety, including the reading and use of chemical Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS). Students will be guided through the laboratory practices common to high school science courses as well much more advanced techniques. Specialized equipment demands are minimal. Most labs can be performed with readily-available items. Since real science requires measurement, we strongly recommend that appropriate measuring equipment be obtained for this course.
